2016 XC90 Navigation can not enter new address

Last Oct, I did the first maintenance but until recently I noticed I was not able to input new address in the navigation system. As you know there are several ways to enter a new destination. One is to enter the address directly but I am not able to do it anymore. In the address tab, all the lines (for country, city, address and number) are grayed out (inactive). Has anyone run into similar issue before? Thanks a lot.

I had the same issue but thought it was related to a function that I didn't use. When I installed the latest Sensus and Voice Recognition updates, I was able to fill those in and it also alleviated the "select search area" message from speech recognition.

Hi there, just wondered if you'd managed to sort this? I have exactly the same issue with all the fields greyed out and unselectable. The search box doesn't work with postcodes either - its as if it's lost all of its address information or something.
