2019 XC90 Towing Capacity ??

I just got a 2019 XC90 and I am wondering if it will tow my boat (2000 ski centurion). Boat has a dry weight of 2600lbs and trailer is probably 1000.

So total weight of close to 4000lbs with fuel and gear. I'm sure tongue weight is around 400 - so everything is within the margins but on the higher side - wanted to ask if someone has experience with towing on the heavier side.

Not traveling long distances but pulling boat in and out of the water etc. - how are the transmissions on these? Any concerns?
