Hood latch stuck

Hi, I have a 2006 xc90. I hit a deer and damaged the front end including the hood. The driver's side latch opened but the passenger side cable pulled out of the latch lever. Any ideas how I can get the hood open without destroying it. It only has a small dent on the lip of the hood.
