middle middle seat removable?

Has anyone attempted to remove the middle seat in the middle row to allow easier access to the third row? We have car seats on each end of the middle row and its a challenge for our 5 yr old to climb back into his booster in the 3rd row.

I don't think it is possible. If you don't put the carrier in yet, with only the base, I think it is not too bad to move the seat back up. You have to pull the tab on the top of the seat back though.

The middle rows have wires connecting to them so it will have to be removed some how before the middle seat can be removed
