Milenco Towing Mirrors

Anyone using or used Milenco Towing Mirrors - can you please advise if they fit ok to the cars mirrors? There doesn't seem enough space for a bracket to be inserted between the mirror glass and the casing.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks. RGM
