Object stuck in seatbelt buckle

I’m wondering if anyone could offer any suggestions on how we might be able to remove a bracelet charm from the middle seat belt buckle? My daughter’s friend has managed to accidentally drop one in there and so far we’ve tried tweezers and a knife but these have just caused it to move further down 🙈 I’m wondering if it’s possible to prise the casing off? If all else fails we’ll obviously have to take it to the garage, but it would be good to explore all other options first!
