Replacing XC 90 passenger window

Yesterday, the passenger window in my new XC90 T6 was smashed in by a thief while it was parked in the city. :-(

Anyone know if the window replacement is a job that should be done by a dealer -- or should any auto glass repair shop suffice? The glass in the XC90 does seem thicker than in other cars I've driven but presumably a glass dealer can order the right material. Thanks, --Wayne

I would go through the dealer so you can be guaranteed to get an OEM window. If you go to a glass shop you may get an aftermarket brand.
