Seatbelt stuck over headrest

On vacation. Rented a 2022 Volvo XC90. My young daughter innocently put the front passenger seatbelt behind/around the headrest of the front passenger seat. The seatbelt locked up and I cannot figure out how to get it off. YouTube and google have not helped. Both said there are buttons in the back of the seat to release the headrest but that's not something I can find.

Did you find a solution? I have this problem now because I had been using the seatbelt to hold a dog crate in place. While removing the crate, the seat belt became locked flush against the seat but extended around the head rest.
