Volvo plant closing dates

I was just told by a dealer that if I want to order a new XC90 that I need to order by April 24th because Volvo will be closing their plant between April 24 and May 18. During that period I will not be able to order the vehicle.

Can anyone verify these closing dates?

Found out from Volvo that the plant will close in July not April as I was told. However, if we want to order for a July delivery, then today (4/24/16) would be the last day to place that order. Seems that the intent of the dealer's email was correct even if the wording wasn't.
