2016 xc90 Easy egress and enter

I was told by my dealer this feature is not available on a $67,000 2016 xc90 in the US even tho the feature is listed in the owners manual. This deals with the seat sliding back and lowering to provide easy entrance and exit. Right now I am very disappointed, even my 2012 Ford F-150 has this feature. Has anyone else in Volvo land run into this problem and is my dealer being honest with me as like I said it is a listed feature in the onboard owners manual?

It was my understanding that mine had this feature also. When I told/showed the dealer the info in the owners manual I was told that they would get back to me. I have asked them several times since and still no response. I think you are right, they did not include this in the USA model for some unknown reason. Seems like an easy fix since it has memory functions. I may set one of my memory settings to do this (e.g. push "3" before I get out, and then push "1" before I drive.). Not exactly automatic but may be a work around.
