Hi Bob here, I live in Raleigh NC. I was wondering how everyone felt their dealer ship is treating them. If I had to rate mine I'd only give it a 6 out of 10 so far. Here are some of the reasons. 1: Buying: Once sales man found out we wanted to do a overseas delivery he was very unresponsive about providing information (we dumped him and went to another dealership (owned by same people just another location). Second sales person was helpful but not very up to snuff on the overseas delivery. 2 service:
Called three times before I was able to speak to someone about getting a service. No one ever returned my calls. Service was promised to be completed by 2:30 did not get competed until 3:15. Which made me late for another appointment . I'm hoping to find everyone else is happier with their local dealer. So far I feel like I bought a luxury car and I'm getting compact service.
