Certified XC90 with shock absorber problems

Hello everyone.
Almost 2 weeks ago I bought a certified 2018 XC90 and l noticed the shock absorber are not in good shape just for the fact that are too noise when I drive the car so I would like if anyone knows if I have the right to request in my dealership a copy of the car's certified inspection because I am pretty sure the suspension inspection never pass.
