Electrical shorts...

Getting check engine light, bulb light... then they go away. Computer shows nothing. Erratic acceleration & again no computer info shows up for mechanic???
Ideas??

Sometimes the CEL will appear and disappear but there may be still a fault in the system. Have you hooked the vehicle up to a reader to see if there are any error codes?
