Engine Coolant Level Low

My wife’s 2016 XC90 T6 RD has a Engine Coolant Low Level warning with smoke (smells like pretzels) coming out of the engine. She will take it (or tow it) to our local Volvo dealer to have it fixed. My wife showed me a website that the coolant hose pops and Volvo has a recall. Anyone else experience this issue?

Yes, had a 2016 rDesign as well, had it towed to the dealership to get it fixed. This happened a while back and there wasn’t a recall out then. I guess it has happened to numerous vehicles already. Love this vehicle but I sold mine last year due to terrible dealerships in my area and the horrendous breaks/rotors. Best of luck!
