Front headrests and Blindspot assist

Hi, I just purchased a 2018 xc90 t6 inscription. I'm Getting used to my car and trying to figure out if I can adjust the front driver and passengers headrest. Can I lower and raise it, and also tilt it so I can rest my head on it?

Also does the blind spot assist make a beeping sound when I change lanes and warns me if there's a car in my blindspot? All I see is a red light In the side mirror. Thanks for the help.

No beeping on the lane change that I'm aware of...but does beep at slower parking speeds.

My headrests have no adjustment.
