Fuel injectors replaced?

We have just been notified our fuel injectors need replacing because of a fault code from the check engine light. This is at 70k miles. Dealership said this typically doesn't happen on cars with less than 100k miles so wondering if any other XC90 owners have experienced a fuel injector failure premature to 100k miles. And we just had the #1 coil pack and all spark plugs replaced one month ago.

Update; we had ONE fuel injector replaced (the one that coded as "bad" and chose not to replace the spark plugs since they were just changed in January. After 3 weeks, fuel economy is better and appears all is good. I also started buying gas at different locations vs. one / the same location in case we were picking up water in the fuel and this caused the problem (possibility).
