Heater not warm

Hi have an xc90, recently noticed the heater blowing cold air instead of warm, mechanic has replaced the thermostat, didn't help, so now has replaced the radiator, and still hasn't fixed the problem, any ideas would be appreciated

I seem to remember that early reports were that an outside temp sensor was causing readings that would mess with climate control. You might look at that.
