Panoramic Sunroof seal replacement

Our 2016 inscription model recently started displaying error messages such as child lock deactivated and on call system needs servicing. We returned to the dealership and were told water penetrated the cabin in the front passenger floor (under the carpet) and the electric connector in the area had been corroded causing the electrical error messages. We agreed to replace the sunroof seals but were charged over $3k labor and $139 for each of the sunroof seals) two of them).
Is this labor charge common?
