Rear door not opening

I have a 2016 inscription and my passenger side rear door will not open, it feels like there is nothing connected when you pull the handle inside and out. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Happened to me once before. Switch on the child lock button by driver door window switch panel, and switch off. Worked for me.
