VOC - Vehicle on Standby?

I’ve left my car in a parking lot at the airport while I’m on vacation. I’m looking forward to climatizing the cabin before I get back on it, but it’s been > than 1 week and now I get the below message. I can’t send it lock / unlock or other commands to “wake it up”. Is there something I’m missing here to take it off standby remotely?

The same thing happened to me.
I don’t believe we should leave it charging for such a long period.
